Great price for a good guitar
Fitzg 03.09.2020
I bought this guitar a few years ago as I wanted to get some experience with a Floyd Rose bridge system. It's a good guitar to go with if it is your first experience with this type of bridge because of the price - It can be a bit of a headache getting used to the mechanics of restringing/tuning, but that isn't a fault of this guitar specifically.

I loved the feel of this Jackson right out of the box - the neck is perfect for moving quickly up and down. The action was a tad high but nothing major. It's a good weight and is very visually appealing - my one issue with the design of the face of the guitar his how close the volume knob is to the bridge as you can accidentally lower/raise the volume when strumming (probably just sloppy playing on my part though!)

The sound is good - perfectly acceptable for the price, the tones can be a bit muddy but I suspect that's not an issue for the metalheads in the market for an affordable Jackson. You can also get very nice clean tones out of it surprisingly. I've had it three years now and it's still in great condition when treated well.

In summary: Great price, good guitar - recommend as a first Floyd Rose guitar. Great service from Thomann as always.

A total bang for your buck
Ujvi 19.10.2020
It is a great guitar for this price. The reason why I did not give a full 5 start is that it came with a broken high E string and I did find 3 imperfections on the guitar that are negligible but none the less present. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a budget metal guitar with a floyd rose

Great for the money!

Starting with the cons, mine came slightly out of tune but unlocked so who cares. Some of it's frets need to be polished a little. Also the low E has some fret buzz so I have to set it up with fresh strings. The bridge is better than I expected on this price tag but for some reason the screws on the back that hold it in place are somewhat screwed in an angle. I don't know if that's gonna be a problem. Now on the good stuff! It plays amazingly! The neck is lovely the action is pretty good on most strings, frets feel good and the pickups are pretty damn good. With a proper setup which I'm about to do now it should be perfect! Looks stunning,
