Received this after ordering another Horn gig bag from a different company that simply didn't fit my instrument. All along Thomann's customer service has been exceptional, kept informed at every stage as to where the order was.
Now to the gig bag itself.
I wasn't sure what to expect as the description said 'extremely light foam material', I was worried that the bag wouldn't offer much protection. I was wrong!! It's a fantastic bag, very strong and exactly what I needed. At this price it is truly amazing, offering equal quality to bags costing more that twice as much! There was even a surprise 'gift' in the music pocket of some stand clamps for keeping the music on in outside performances.
In summary I have to say that Thomann are a fantastic company to deal with and I will have no hesitation in ordering from them again in the future.

Excellent case!
Rachel71 02.06.2019
My son has an Alexander 1103 with a detachable bell. He weighs 27kg and his horn and current case was 7kg...he was carrying a quarter of his body weight which would be difficult on a bus to secondary school in Sepember with everything he'll need too! The quest started for a lighter but very sturdy horn case. This is absolutely brilliant! Thomann were not able to confirm the weight. It weighs just 2.8kg so our problems are solved. Importantly it is comfortable to carry and has a full size music pocket in the back. The only down side, which is a compromise really, is that he'll need a separate mute bag. He is delighted with his new case and it's excellent value for money.

Back-pack french horn case
Paul3118 27.10.2015
I am very pleased with this case, even two years after buying it. It allows me to carry my detachable-bell instrument on my back so I can travel around the town by bike. The case is light but tough, and looks good too. It includes two mouthpiece holders, a space for oil or other accessories (for example my glasses case), and a zippable compartment that will take a certain amount of sheet music. I am pleased to recommend it to others.

Wonderful product, but a little on the small side
GliereHorn1 01.07.2020
I have zero issues with the quality of the product. Very high quality padding and lots of space for mouthpiece/oil bottles etc! Unfortunately my horn didn't fit inside so I had to return. Would recommend but check sizing carefully before buying!
