Live Master Keyboard & DAW backup
Maarten de Ruiter 26.11.2022
I play as a keyboardist in a cover band. Used to play on 2 Nords but I wanted to step into Virtual Instruments to save weight, flexibility and cash. Untill the x73 came onto the market I couldn't find any 73 keyboard that checked all the boxes. Yamaha CP73 did not have right action, studiologic did not have any internal sounds (wanted this to have some kind of backup in case laptop fails.)

This one has it all on paper... And does now in reality. Action is good, keyboard looks good and it's very light compared to the alternative. Have only checked the sounds superficially but it sounds good enough to function as a basic set of instruments to cover my needs Incase I need it in an emergency. Love the zones and assignments, it's all quite flexible on how you can divide instruments over various zones.

Big bonus that it provides an extra audio interface with in and outputs.

Downsides: one of the keys sounds a bit wonky after few months of use. Also the mod stick feels fragile. Power button requires repressing to turn on/off after every power switch (so it's my only piece of gear that does not auto turn on after turning on the main power supply).

I've only used a fraction of what it can do so far but I'm definitely keeping it.

- Conexiones: puedes conectar cualquier instrumento, MIDI, USB y 3 pedales.

Contras:
