Guitar strings are made of the highest quality 8% zinc steel for incredible tone -that lasts longer. Resulting in higher output and enhanced mid-range frequency response for more presence and crunch, an ideal combination of comfortable playability and electric tone. 008-011-014-022w-030w-038w.
More mass makes a fuller tone; more windings give a smoother feel as well as a brighter, more resonant tone. This provides a smoothness and performance unrivaled by any conventional string.
If you want strings that sound fantastic and last a super long time, I was recommended for the gig.

I love Dean Markley strings. I have been using them for over a year now and I doubt if I'll ever use anything else in the future. They have a wonderful mellow tone and last very long. These are the strings I use for E/drop D and Eb/drop Db, I prefer the sound from looser strings - they have a more heavier and vibrating tone, which is what I'm looking for. The only bad thing about Dean Markley is they don't make single strings like a 64 or 70 gauge string for those who like to tune lower than A.

My old Guitar is like new again after purchasing these Light gauge Dean Markley strings a nice fresh clear "Mellow" sound However i found the packaging a wee bit confusing as the strings weren"t individually wrapped The 5th & 6th Strings are very similar gauge wise (6th string 38m) Having said that theyv"e a Lovely sound (tone)
