Yamaha YC 61 - Magnificent Beast!
Mister Pigman 14.07.2021
The Yamaha YC61 is such a magnificent beast, that is super portable. The weight is so light, I can lift/carry it with one hand. Even though this keyboard is designed for stage performers compared to a synthesizer such as my Yamaha Montage 8, I would still prefer using the YC61 because of how light it is.

The sounds are amazing! Beautiful mix all throughout.

The drawbars have excellent clickity sounds when you pull them out for more harmonics, which gives you a satisfying feeling.

The entire keyboard is made of metal/aluminum casing , so it's built like a tank. Everything shouts Premium. Even the knobs, faders, aviator switches are amazing.

You won't regret buying this keyboard.

Awesome keyboard
xattr 09.04.2023
Yamaha YC is a keyboard that is feature rich and with a great amount of versatility. The sounds on this board are outstanding and everything is in the right place for a keyboardist to reach. Adding to this the ability to get some more sounds through the amazing platform that is SoundMondo, by having presets from everyone in the community.
The build is top notch, sturdy while lightweight, perfect for carrying around.
The keybed is also spectacular, being waterfall on the 61 version, which unfortunately isn't in the 73 key version.
The overall quality of this keyboard is a master piece, which was expected from a professional instrument from Yamaha.

Get it!
VoyTech 26.03.2024
I really love this instrument, it is so much fun. I have a few keyboard instruments, including a decent grand piano, but if I would have to choose only one, this would be my choice.

It has an ocean of sounds and plethora of effects. Moreover, it connects as an audio interface (input and output) with your computer (/tablet / phone) for even more sound options.

It is sturdy, but light. For me it's just for fun, but it can be the instrument of choice for pro musicians, too.

The waterfall velocity sensitive keyboard is so easy to play.

PS. I had no idea how much I was going to enjoy playing organs.
