Considering that it is a bag that is included once you buy one of the yamaha reface series synthesisers, it does do it's job very well. It's not a high end bag that will protect the keybord from anything, but it will allow for easy transportation and I must admit that all the available spacing inside is welcomed. Overall, it is a nice and welcoming addition to the reface series. If you are touring a lot, however, I would recomend a case from Thon. Otherwise, if you use it mainly for domestic use, then it performs as brilliantly as you would expect.

Strong but pedal-section is too narrow!

Pretty strong and durable (for a softcase), I use it for my reface CP and never really have to worry about it. Handle feels well-attached, and the shoulder strap is decently adjustable. The only gripe I have is that the sort-of-separated inside section to put a sustain/expression pedal (+the power supply) is actually too narrow for a piano-style pedal to fit properly - because the case is soft, it obviously goes in and the bag makes room for it, but it's a little weird. Would definitely be fine for a smaller pedal though.

Expected more from Yamaha

Use the bag for the Reface CP with a Decksaver. Quality is decent, but functionality is limited.
- Space for a sustain pedal barely accommodates a slim one
- Space for the power supply is an odd fit
- No pocket for a cable, a sheet of music, an adapter, or a headphone (of any size)

A must for the Yamaha Reface series

Fits the Yamaha Reface series perfectly, keeps it safe. I also got a Decksaver for extra protection; the softbag is padded, but I take the keyboard everywhere so extra protection is always welcome. The additional inside "pocket" could have been extended to full gigbag width, doesn't really fit the Yamaha FC5 or the bigger standard sustain pedals properly; power supply is an odd fitt as well; also the cables are quite a loose fit in the "pocket" and if not properly coiled, the jacks will take on a life of their own and stray towards the keyboard and damage it, so be careful of that. If there's ever an upgraded version - please sew on an outer pocket for those accessories and slim down the inner compartment to just fit the keyboard. Apart from those few nitpicks, this is a well made bag that fits the keyboard nicely.
