If you take your time with adjousting the O rings for the best intonation-fit in your bell then it gives the best intonation of all practicemutes I have tried. The sound is ok for solopractice but not a performance mute really it is too low in volume. Overall I would recomend it especially if you need to practice with good intonation at a low soundlevel in an apartement.
