The kit consists of a five-piece shell set with a 20" bass drum, a 10" and a 12" tom, a 14" floor tom, and a 14" snare drum. On top of all that, it comes with a double-braced hardware set consisting of a straight cymbal stand, a hi-hat stand, a snare stand, a foot pedal, and a drum stool – of course, budding drummers also get a two-piece brass cymbal set comprising a 13" hi-hat and a 15" crash/ride. These include a snare throw-off with adjustable wire tension, tom mounts with memory clamps, knurled legs on the floor tom for secure positioning, bass drum legs with rubber feet for hard floors and twist-out spikes for carpet, a bass drum pedal with single chain and adjustable spring tension for fast, direct power transmission, and a tilt adjustment for the lower hi-hat cymbal. The pedals for the hi-hat and bass drum are made from black anodised metal – so they not only look really cool, but also match the black foiled shells perfectly.
