Ich bin mit dem Verstärker rundum zufrieden (Klang, Bedienung). Da ich ihn in der Wohnung nutze, war mir auch das sehr gering hörbare Eigengeräusch (Netzteilbrummen o.Ä.) sehr wichtig. Diesbezüglich konnte ein leistungsähnliches Gerät von Acus nicht mithalten (dies ging zurück).
Ich telefonierte mit der Fa. Schertler, um bestimmte Einstellungen zu hinterfragen. Alle Fragen wurden freundlich und ausführlich beantwortet.
So stelle ich mir guten Kundenservice vor.
