A really excellent bass!

This bass plays and sounds great.

Sounds different than a Fender P but personally I love the tones you can get out of it. The fit and finish is first rate, and the neck is super comfortable and everything was set up perfectly right out of the box. Also IMO the sunburst finish looks much better in person than in the photos.

Only minor complaint I have is the gig bag is pretty basic and is for a full scale bass so is rather large, would have been nice if Sandberg provided a short scale gig bag instead.

All around thou, super impressed and this is already my favourite bass, I would definitely consider Sandberg again if I find myself looking for another bass down the road.

Also 5 stars to Thomann, I was a little nervous ordering from them as I am in Canada but their customer support was great and very responsive on the couple of questions I had both before and during the ordering process. Took only ~week to get to Canada and no issues with customs etc. All around a truly first rate experience!
