I'm a field recordist, and so often find myself out in the open, and sometimes on very long trips to quite inhospitable conditions. I carry a lot of SD and micro SD cards for all the recorders I have with me. This waterproof box keeps them safe, and would even keep my recordings safe if my bag dropped in a river or something like that (hasn't happened so far). It's also quite small and holds a lot of SD and micro SD cards, so because it takes up very little space it's ideal for field recording trips.

I need SD cards for audio recorders and a camera. This case is great, I also have one for Compact flash cards. They prevent loss of and damage to cards. They take up very little space in my camera bag.
Con's - the foam can be a little fiddly but there are none really.

Proteger mis tarjetas para ir a la Antártida

El pasado mes de Febrero tuvimos una producción en la Antártida, como no podíamos exponernos a perder nada de lo que grabamos allí decidimos añadir un grado mas de protección a nuestras tarjetas de grabación, los niveles de humedad extrema y frio extremo no parecieron afectar a nuestras tarjetas en buena medida gracias a la protección aportada por el estuche de Peli.
Contábamos con una maleta Peli para transportar los equipos desde el barco usando una Zodiak , este transporte se hacia diariamente, pero una vez en tierra teníamos que dejar la maleta en la orilla y nos movíamos con una mochila estanca, en ese momento nuestro estuche Peli nos daba su protección extra y nos garantizaba que estaríamos cubiertos frente a cualquier eventualidad ya que siempre teníamos las tarjetas de almacenamiento protegidas de los elementos sin que eso fuera una preocupación en ningún momento.
