Decent sound, portable

Djembe is unfortunately very slippery. If you have it between your legs it just wants to slip away from you. And since the most weight is on top, it'll want to topple over.
Head is not very durable. I had to replace it after 6 months of amateur play, as it is all wrinkly. Thomman didn't want to exchange it under warranty.
Sound is very different from the wooden ones, there is no resonance.
