Ace module

I have had this module for a number of months now and honestly believe it is one of the best modules in eurorack today. It is an amazing piece of gear that gives such flexibility and opens door to countless happy accidents. Controls can be a bit fiddly as you need to press certain button combinations in order to access some features - but it's a small price to pay to have a rich feature set in eurorack format.

Never gets old. Would recommend strongly for people who are keen on sampling or exploring sound design in very new ways.

Perfect for guitar

I use it to record guitar into my modular, which I then mangle and mingle to an ambient mess, easy to record and switch between chords. Love it!

Takes a while to get the gist of it though. Recommend carefully reading the manual.

Easy to get lost in the possibilities.

Aside from the super steep learning curve, this is a great unit, offering deep, intricate textures loops and tape-like oddities.

Mainly used to great textures, it pairs really well with a Tempi, for rhythmic patterns.

Occasionally things get a bit confusing, and loading samples can be a bit tricky, but like most Make Noise units, the musical possibilities are endless.

Great build quality.
