Great urban lifestyle tool for commuting music producers

I bought this backpack in addition to the solid blaze 180, specifically for everyday urban lifestyle usage.
I wanted a minimalistic and stylish yet efficient and durable backpack with enough space to comfortably carry a 17” laptop, 13” tablet, a powerbank, some books, and groceries. This backpack delivers on all fronts.
Everything fits very snugly and is protected from rain. The external water bottle pocket is handy. Although a bit slim at first sight it is enough for daily short-term commutes. I even found a small thermo can that fits perfectly. Additionally, I love the environmental commitment of the brand, using recycled plastic bottles to make a high-quality product.
Some things to consider:
• The tablet pocket on the laptop pocket side could be larger. A small tablet fits in, but larger models (like the iPad Pro 12.9”) have to be placed in the more loose pocket opposite the laptop pocket. It’s fine, but a bit annoying.
• An extra zipper to (un)tighten the backpack would be a great bonus. I only miss this feature because I know it from the 180.
• Although very comfortable for short commutes, when packed to the brim and walking more than 30 min you might experience some shoulder/neck pain.
All in all a very good and reliable backpack custom-tailored to the urban lifestyle of a movement-oriented music producer. Great for biking back and forth between studio and home!

Ich habe den Rucksack auf der Prolight&Sound in Frankfurt an einem Magma Stand gesehen und direkt festgestellt - diesen Rucksack brauche ich. Er hat die perfekte Größe für all mein Equipment, welches ich für meine Gigs benötige. Ich habe sogar noch Platz für Dinge, auf die ich vorher verzichten musste. Der Rucksack ist durchdacht und bietet wirklich eine Vielzahl an nützlicher Fächer. Alles ist gut und sicher verstaut. Auch die Verarbeitung ist wirklich sehr gut. Das der Rucksack aus recycelten PET Flaschen gefertigt ist, ist eine nette Nebensache. Fazit: Für mich die perfekte Wahl und eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

I saw the backpack at a Magma stand at Prolight&Sound in Frankfurt and immediately realized - I need this backpack. It's the perfect size for all my equipment that I need for my gigs. I even have room for things that I previously had to do without. The backpack is well thought out and really offers a variety of useful compartments. Everything is well and safely stowed away. The workmanship is also really very good. The fact that the backpack is made from recycled PET bottles is a nice touch. Conclusion: For me the perfect choice and a clear purchase recommendation!
