All the online information about this piece is correct. paired with a selmer reference 54 alto, it sounds smooth and pure, it works better with slightly softer reeds than my Vandoren V16 (I play 2.5 to 3 on the V16) the jody prefers a 2 medium.

Le son chaud que je cherchais

J'ai un bec métal au son brillant, Brancher J19, un bec ébonite Meyer 7M New York qui me permet de toucher à tous les répertoires. Je cherchais un bec ébonite au son chaud pour apporter de la douceur à mon interprétation de certains morceaux. Avec ce bec j'ai trouvé ce que je cherchais. À ma grande surprise, je joue la même force d'anche sur ce HR* Custom Dark 6 que sur le Meyer 7M NY.

Herausragendes Mundstück

Dieses Mundstück ist empfehlenswert wenn man einen farbenreichen, warmen und runden Klang sucht. In den hohen Lagen gibt es nichts Schrilles oder Spitzes, gleichwohl ist der Ton bei entsprechender Spielweise durchsetzungsfähig. Ansprache und Intonation sind in allen Lagen hervorragend. Durch die große Kammer nimmt dieses Mundstück etwas mehr Luft auf, aber der Klang ist entsprechend groß.
