Habe eine günstige Gitarre in Explorer-Form gesucht um modernen Metal zu machen und genau die Passende gefunden.

- Die beiden Humbucker liefern mächtig Output. Haben im Proberaum gegen eine ESP AX mit aktiven EMGs getestet: die Jackson liefert einen deutlich wärmeren runderen Ton mit MEHR Output als die EMGs! Der Halstonabnehmer ist extrem bassig (muss am Marshall nachregeln), der Steghumbucker brüllt unglaublich (top für Metal-Leads und Soli) und in Mittelstellung kann man eine schöne gezähmte Mixtur erzeugen.
- Verarbeitung ist okay
- Saitenlage ist gut mit super bespielbarem Hals
- leider ist sie etwas kopflastig, da ich aber ohnehin Security-Locks nachgerüstet habe, habe ich gleich die Pins etwas versetzt.
- Einziges Manko ist die Stimmstabilität, werde die Tuner alsbald gegen Locking-Tuner ersetzen.

Fazit: die ideale Alternative zu LTD EX, Epi Explorer & Co. Günstig + gut! Wird mein neues Arbeitstier.
