This review comes after the live show season and a few studio sessions.
This bass is great, sounds and plays great, the neck is thin but not too much, the weight is ok, tuners are great and so on, it's great under all aspects.
Now the part that I like the most, the electronic.
This bass has an actual usable electronic, most active basses (for some reason I only have and play active basses) have an issue, if you turn a knob all the way they sound bad, especially the highs and the mids but it's not the case for this bass, ie: turning the mids all the way down doesn't make it unplayable, it completly changes how the bass sounds in a good way.
Now, the "bad":
It's bare wood therefore it's very easy to scratch (I had a little scratch but let's say that is part of the "relic" process).
The figerboard is wenge and without proper care (humidity check) it could shrink and get a little bit of fret sprouting but even more expansive basses have that risk.
I've played pretty much every genre so it's really versatile!
It comes with a custom hardshell well made and very durable!
