Hifiman Sundara Closed-back
Mostaf 10.11.2023
It needs at least 100-200 hours of burn in. I experienced harsh high frequencies and upper base around 300HZ. The harsh high frequency is removed after burn in, especially after burning it with brown noise. The bump around 300hz can be solved with equalizer. The sound stage is good for a closed back and the imaging and detail is satisfying. I compared it with my AKG k371 for hours. While AKG K371 has a better tonality (near to the Harman curve), the detail and soundstage in the whole frequency spectrum is far better in Hifiman. In general it is a pleasant headphone which justifies the price.
