The frets, tuners and bridge seem decent. The Pickups, the most important factor in good tone are crooked. There is a constant tilt, so the humbuckers never achieve full tone. One side is always much higher, 1/8" difference, which is substantial . After 4 videos showing the problem, customer support said it is completely normal for pickups to be uneven. I have owned over 40 guitars and have never had to deal with uneven, weak sounding humbuckers like this. I also am not happy with the fretboard appearance. The fretboard looks pale, bleached or faded by the sun. The volume pot is way too hard to turn, and the tone pot turns too easily.
