I've been trying to make this guitar playable with my busy schedule, but after over a year, I'm confident that I shouldn't have bought this product.

First, when I received this guitar, the output jack plug socket was missing and I had to find it in the box and screw it in place on my own, and after a year of trying to get it work, I realized the frets are so uneven that I can't fix it on my own and have to pay a luthier about half of what this guitar cost me to fix that. I haven't had time to play this guitar long enough to find it out. I would have returned it from Canada if I knew how bad this guitar is.

Getting a second-hand guitar would've caused me less trouble for sure.

The tone is great considering the price, but I should've paid more attention to people saying HB has no quality control.

They sent a guitar with a cracked neck! The package is intact in the place of damage! In addition to the cracked neck, there is no more damage, no traces of impact or damaged paintwork. I sent a detailed photo report on the packaging and guitar. And instead of replacing my guitar, they accused the courier that there was damage during transportation. So I don't recommend ordering from Thomman!

The bridge and neck pickup switch just didn’t work whatsoever on top of that my input jack bolt fell off and constantly loosens I’ve spent money servicing this guitar and fixing the pickup problem but I keep finding new problems will be sending back to the manufacturer and buying another brand
