Has a great texture and finish. The set screw is easily tightened and grips the potentiometer shaft well. If you have a potentiometer with a split shaft, you might want to align the placement of the set screw to hit the split , otherwise you might end up bending and breaking the potentiometer shaft !

Generally fine knob, but missing a screw

When I bought 2 of these I found that one of them did not have a fastening screw in it, which kinda renders it useless.
Otherwise it is perfectly fine.
