This case holds my electric 5-string (which didn't fit in my Jakob Winter case) without a problem. Although it has less space for accessoires then the Jakob Winter, it does hold everything I need to carry with me, from sheet music and shoulder rest to extra cables and transmitters.
The case is very sturdy, lightweight, and very comfortable. The outside pouch for sheet music acts as a cushion for your back.
Although the closing mechanism never failed on me (yet), I would have liked to see 4 locks instead of 2, or a double locking system (like a zipper and a lock).
Overall it's a very nice case for the price.

Though it’s got some scratches (my fault) I love it. After almost 2 years it’s in a really good shape on the outside and on the inside everything’s just perfect. Moreover it’s so spacious that I always keep in there my spare strings, rosin, violin cloth etc. and also lots of sheet music. I truly recommend this violin case 🫶🏻
PS. The weight is just fine. It’s not too heavy, I mean as long as you don’t fill it up with pebbles. When wearing on the back does not bother at all.

Hab mir sehr viel Zeit gelassen, um mich endgültig für diesen leichten Geigenkoffer zu entscheiden. Er schützt meine Geige sehr gut und kann innen perfekt auf die Länge des Instruments eingestellt werden kann. Die Außenschale ist sehr stabil und unempfindlich - schaut sehr schön aus; vor allem bietet er genug Platz für die Schulterstütze und das Zubehör. Ob die beiden leichtgängigen Verschlüsse dauerhaft halten, wird sich herausstellen. Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung für das Gewa Pure Violin Case in rot.
