K
LIght bow
Korman 17.07.2020
This bow has become my favorite out of several that I own. The sound is a nice balance between warm and clear. I compared it to a real pernambuco bow and they both seemed similar with the pernambuco bow maybe just slightly better, but at 3 times the cost. This is a light bow for quick bow changes. It is quite maneuverable but less stable due to its light weigh. In all I am satisfied and I think that it compares well to other bows.

One small defect was found on the leather wrapping near the frog which at one point was slightly misaligned. This is a small aesthetic defect, which does not affect performance and is hardly visible, but it is there.

Overall, I am quite satisfied.

Great for the price
Lorin L. 18.03.2018
This is a great bow for the price. It has a length of 74 cm. So if you compare it to others keep in mind that modern violin bows can be 74 cm or 75 cm long.
The bow achieves a full sound on my instrument and responds very good. The frog is also elegant and shiny.
Don't forget to use some powder rosin in the beginning to get the bow ready to play in 10 minutes.

Very nice bow
ViolinGuy 16.01.2020
This is a very nice bow. It looks nice and it plays very well. It could be slightly more 'steady' but I probably want too much for a bow in this price-range. (The more expensive bows are more steady). I think for this price, this is a real nice bow. Definitely a should-buy.

Dorfler viiolin bow

Light bright and makes the difference, my old bow was hard work in comparison, I never knew the difference, it makes sense "no bow no sound" it also reduced any scratching on the strings. Right price Right result"
