Très sensible au positionnement, si on le replace après démontage, le moindre décalage change le son de manière suffisamment importante pour devoir corriger le mix en live.
Sujet à la saturation dans les graves.
Une fois installé, le micro modifie de manière importante la résonance de la table d'harmonie du violon, altérant le son naturel de celui-ci, ce qui est problématique puisqu'il vaut mieux éviter de le démonter.
Assez fragile, après moins d'un an de concerts et quelques démontages remontage (soigneux), des faux contacts sont apparus...
