Long term (8yrs) Review
Let me preface this by explaining that I use this live and for rehearsals (I don't have a separate rehearsal board). Therefore, over the past 8yrs it's had a heck of a lot of work asked of it.
I can't believe it still works ! It doesn't suck any input out of the rest of my pedals (I have it at the front of my chain, just after my wah). It mutes everything nicely. It's easy to read even with stage lights pointing at you. It's accurate and did I mention it's still going strong all these years later? Would I recommend it to a friend....?....already have! Would I buy another one...?..without a doubt. It's the hardest working chromatic tuner I've encountered. You should get one too!!

Good pedal, but not great.
Build quality is good. It is plastic, but I do not mind it, it fits my needs and it is quite sturdy for what it is.
Mechanicaly handles as expected. But as a tuner it is not great. It certainly is an ok tuner, just not great, sometimes it struggles a bit with tracking the tone, especially on lower strings, and bass.
It has a bypass output that saved me some headache when I was building my pedalboard, as I used it as a splitter for my bass and guitar chains (I use my pedalboard for recording in my home studio) that start with Boss NS-2 noise suppressor send and end with an ABY switch running to NS-2's return.
Pros: It works, does the job done, maybe not as quickly as some more expensive tuners, but it works nonetheless. That extra bypass output saved my neck, and is a really great addition.
Cons: the tracking is a bit erratic and slower on lower strings.

Perfect for at home
Wanted a pedal tuner for my board (also to mute my chain) and this thing just works. No experience of using it outside my home, but for that, it's just perfect.
It has one 'flaw' which is the different tuning modes. It always defaults back to the first one, and so doesn't save your preference once you turn it off and on again. Not a big deal for me, but might be for you.

Spot On!!!
Difficult to say much but I use this for standard tuning with my 4 string bass's and it works accurately, quickly and silently. I know some tuners struggle to accurately work with bass, but this one doesn't. The display is nice and clear and despite being made of plastic, it feels pretty weighty and robust and it also has a nice positive on/off action. The sockets all feel decent quality, though I won't be plugging and un-plugging on my board a lot. It's in front of seven other pedals on my board (powered by an Engl power tap) and when not in use it doesn't colour the sound or change the volume at all. I only use this for tuning bass but it has the option to tune other instruments and although I haven't tested this, I have no doubt it will work well for those too as bass is the instrument that most tuners are likely to struggle with.
I waited six weeks for this to come back in stock, and when I placed the order it arrived in just three days. I'm glad I didn't impatiently order a more expensive make. I have quite a few Behringer pedals now and in general they work exactly as pedals should. They are excellent quality for money. If you can see past the plastic cases, they are actually incredibly strongly built and have proven themselves to happily stand up to a rough gigging environment.
All in all I am over the moon, this is an outstanding tuner at an unbeatable price. Why would you pay more? Highly recommended.

great
Works great. It mutes the output while tuning and works good. Do note that there has to be a cable in the input in order for the pedal to turn on.

TU300 my tuneringer
As with all of these Behringer stomp boxes they are based on other manufacturers tried and true classics.
There are very similar layout to the Boss tuner and it functions the same way.
The casing is clearly light plastic along with cheaper knobs than the original but it is a fraction of the price so make the call (if you'er a lead foot, this pedal is not for you)
All the features you expect and I haven't had an issue with low B on my bass, this normally is the deal breaker for me and tuners.
All these pedals have the dc input on the side which I reckon is a brilliant idea for non standard pedal board saving space, but yours might have an issue with this so check it out first.

Useful and Sturdy
This pedal is just what I needed and more. Cheap and affordable but not lacking in quality. Worth the purchase and essential to my set-up.

Does the job
Got this as a cheap addition onto a small carry around pedalboard. As the title suggests it does the job. The tuner is very acurate, its just a cheaper version of a Boss TU-2 really which is exactly what I was after at the time.Has Stream/Cent and Mode controls for different tuning settings. The build is solid enough as long as its not going to be getting any serious abuse.

Tuner is excellent. If this pedal broke I would buy another one immediately.
