Good pedal, but not great.
Build quality is good. It is plastic, but I do not mind it, it fits my needs and it is quite sturdy for what it is.
Mechanicaly handles as expected. But as a tuner it is not great. It certainly is an ok tuner, just not great, sometimes it struggles a bit with tracking the tone, especially on lower strings, and bass.
It has a bypass output that saved me some headache when I was building my pedalboard, as I used it as a splitter for my bass and guitar chains (I use my pedalboard for recording in my home studio) that start with Boss NS-2 noise suppressor send and end with an ABY switch running to NS-2's return.
Pros: It works, does the job done, maybe not as quickly as some more expensive tuners, but it works nonetheless. That extra bypass output saved my neck, and is a really great addition.
Cons: the tracking is a bit erratic and slower on lower strings.

Doing its work not more
I have used this many time, on stage in studio. Its still alive and tuning my guitar and bas.
picking up the signal a bit bad, but I think its okey for that price

Does the job
Got this as a cheap addition onto a small carry around pedalboard. As the title suggests it does the job. The tuner is very acurate, its just a cheaper version of a Boss TU-2 really which is exactly what I was after at the time.Has Stream/Cent and Mode controls for different tuning settings. The build is solid enough as long as its not going to be getting any serious abuse.

Fulfils its promises, but takes away volume
It does tune, easy to read the screen, ability to change base pitch and to set different instruments to be tuned.
On the downside, it takes away a large amount of volume and dynamics when it's turned on, so if you want to have a continuously monitoring tuner, this pedal is not a good choice!

Not bad for price
A great beginner pedal. Useful for a quick tune up on stage.
If I had any complaint, is that how bright the light is when it's actively tuning. There is a small LED to indicate tuning mode, which will burn your eyes out if you are the dark.

budget pedal
a handy tuner pedal for the price but although cheap it's still a Behringer which a company that i like, just having problems on tuning my bass guitar specially on dropped tunes but sometimes it catches the the right key tone. but on the guitar its very perfect would recommend on guys who are on a tight budget.

Good starter tuner
I was new to stomp boxes having used multi effects for years. I went for a few Behringer boxes purely for price and to learn how they worked. I was pleased with this tuner but after a couple of years, the rubber foot pad came off and the LED was constantly lit.
The Behringer pedals are great for the price but they aren't particularly sturdy for gig use.
I would recommend these for studio, home use but if you are doing gigs you should probably consider Boss pedal purely for sturdy casing,

Behringer TU300 Review
I bought a Behringer PB600 pedalboard and needed a tuner for it. Made sense to go with a Behringer tuner. It fits in the board perfectly. The LED's are nice and bright so you can see it on a dark stage. My only issue with it, is that when you click on, it takes about two seconds to react before it will pick up the notes. Having said that, it was very cheap, so you get what you pay for. Good value for the price.

Tunes well and is cheap. Perfect!
Does what it should.
Tunes accurately, easy to use and all I will ever need.
Pedal feels a little flimsy (it is plastic after all) - someone with steel capped boots might break it after a while - and it is slightly slow to respond at first - but they are minor gripes for the features / price.
If I lost it, I would absolutely buy again rather than a more expensive version.
