i hadn't tried a single ply on the snare for a few years so tried this out. it was a bit tricky to tune. its very resonant but also fairly low volume.

im not a heavy hitter but i seem to get more out of 2-ply heads. it does sound good though, im playing mostly pop funk and rock.

Super Fell!

Hab es zum ersten Mal bei einem Freund gesehen und auf seiner 13" Snare gespielt und es dann für meine kleine 12" Snare gekauft! Ich bin begeistert :)

Der Sound ist knackig und durchsetzungsfähig - grade wer gern etwas fester draufhaut ist mit diesem Fell perfekt beraten ;) Aber auch in softeren Bereichen wie Jazz muss es sich nicht verstecken, auch wenn es vllt. bei Remo dafür noch etwas bessere Felle gibt für manch einen - für mich persönlich ist dieses Fell ein perfekter Allrounder - Uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung :)

I use the drumhead on my 12" Chris Adler signature snare. The head gives me the punch and tightness that I like.

Pros.
+ Extremely durable
+Good feel when playing
+Power dot
+Excellent build quality

Cons.
-Power dot is embedded to the head so you can't remove it

Definitely worth a buy if you want a tight and punchy snare head. I'm very pleased with this product and Aquarian is overall a great manufacturer.
