good traction

I'm using this in my "strat" (although I'm a little loathe to call it that). I have a guitar that I bought for £5 from a friend which has become my wiring guinea pig.

This particular mod was to be able to add the bridge pickup to any configuration but you can use DPDT switches for many different applications. It's just handy not having to really drill any extra holes in the guitar!

The pot still feels pretty natural and doesn't interfere when the switch is engaged so that's great.

Not for the OCD.
Anonymous 22.10.2015
I bought this in hopes of wiring it so that the push-push function to turn on the neck pickup in my stratocaster. I've had guitars with push-push pots before so I knew to expect it to sit a little higher, but I was really disappointed at how high this sat in comparison to the other two standard pots. Maybe my expectations were off, but I ended up not using it. If you are just using these pots, I have no reason not to recommend them...I just didn't like it in my particular situation.

Wobbly, but does its work

I got it for my Telecaster, to be used with a dual setting neck pickup.

It has very little physical resistance on turning it, and there's a wobble within the shaft too where it doesn't act on the potentiometer but just moves around freely.

Not very satisfying to use but works and sounds alright.
