The vovox's sonorus cable line is simply perfect, i made several tests and compared this with a standard XLR cable, the difference more obvious is in the low end: the sound has more body, more "physics", it becomes "lively". It gives an ultra realistic feature overall. I advise this cable only when you have some very expensive mic like a Neumann or something. Superb.
Plus: it's not necessary to have the entire cable path made of vovox cables, even if you use only one of these, for instance between the mic and the preamp, you use like 90% if the possible improvement. And that's pretty good.

All I can say before purchase I was a bit confused which cable I should choose, but ironically on Mogami cable web site was a review of Mogami itself and other brands. But there was small detail they missed. The guy who did this test mentioned Vovox Sonorus and what he said? Hmm.....Vovox Sonorus is absolutely no 1! Taking this as consideration ironically Mogami made my choice much easier, and I think I have to say "thank you" to both. Ironically - of course:).

The sonic quality of these productsis simply stunning. Got all my studio and guitar chains cabled with these cables and the difference is clearly audible. :D

I can record up to 6 channels at once. But in two of them I've the best in therms of preamp, mics and cables. The difference is clearly noticeable. Can't say how much to attribute to the cables but since are durable you spend once and you will be satisfied for a long time
