Cheap and cheerful alto
maglione 08.08.2022
Edges are a bit rough, but it's basically a working instrument for trying out alto playing as far as I can tell. Second octave does get hard above F or so. Don't know if that's me or the flute as I don't have other altos and am a complete beginner with this instrument.

Experience

I was comparing, and german system seems more open. With lots of air if necessary. To play folklore songs it seems nice. I’m using both alto and soprano, with the bamboo kids.

Perfect for Comparisons

Want to compare a genuinely plastic (not resin) recorder to resin or wood or Ecodear?
Want to explore the strengths and weakness of the German and Baroque fingering systems?
Then this is the instrument for you.
