Lightweight, not very loud

They look longer than they are. It's not easy to get a good hand placement on them to achieve a strong, loud sound. Their material also seems softer than expected, creating a deader sound than I would have liked. Would work as a beginner percussion instrument. Couldn't recommend as a professional percussion instrument. I used mine when they arrived, wasn't overly impressed and have lost them since. Decent price, not so great sound.

Excellent quality considering the price. I ordered 30 of these to use for a school music project and was worried they would sound no better than two sticks banged together but they sound fantastic. The sound is clear and loud.
