  • Hand tube, middle tube and cup tube made of finely selected spruce wood
  • Cup ring and hand knob in walnut solid wood
  • Consistent 8.5 mm wall thickness
  • Wide bore and therefore full, extremely warm and sonorous tone
  • Oiled inside
  • Wound with peddig reed and then varnished five times with a glossy varnish
  • Tuned to 442 Hz orchestra tuning (thus best adaptation to other alphorns or other instruments in ensemble playing)
