surprised with its compact size and crystal-clear sound.
Rusizl 10.09.2020
Light, cheap, high-quality. Don't look for something he can't do. it will be able to record anything if your hands grow from the right place) I would generally buy 10 of them for all occasions. and for vocals, and for recording guitars, acoustic instruments, and drums. but we use different microphones so that we can choose which sound to use. There are no bad microphones. There are incorrectly selected ones for the wrong purposes. Friends use them as a microphone for blogging and recording guitars. By the way, it is very small. It comes with a wonderful spider and a high-quality soft case.

No regrets

This microphone works perfect for me (recording YouTube videos). Sound is crisp and ambient noise (not using it in studio environment) is in very acceptable levels.
When i was ordering it, i was under impression that this microphone is a bit bigger in size (like Behringer B1 Pro) but it is not. This is a smaller microphone but nevertheless it works just awesome for this price range. I am using it with PreSonus AudioBox and only self-noise i can notice is when i crank the levels up above 80% volume (which is really not needed when recording voice in close range).

I am super happy with it.

An Excellent Mic
Anonymous 11.06.2015
For the price you really cant get any better. You have the option to record on both sides or just cardioid, comes in handy when recording with friends. It is very sensitive and records brilliantly. This mic is not boomy at all and after EQ produces an amazing sound.

The only down is the quality of the nobs, they wiggle and are made from cheap plastic as well the screw that holds the shock-mount broke very easily will break since it's not made from metel and from a compound what so ever. The rest seems to be all metal a very solid.

I Higly recommend it to anyone, either for acoustic instruments and vocals

I here send my video review for it: https://youtu.be/cR43DdOxtEo

The t.bone SC 600

This is an amazing mic for its price. I mainly wanted to use it to mic my amp. I always truly enjoy my guitar tone as it sounds in the room, but never got to record it as it sounds. Most mics I've used usually colour the tone. And trust me, I have used most of the popular ones. So I thought, why not experiment with a condenser mic? It does exactly what I wanted it to do. I can now record exactly how my amp sounds.
Of course as always great service and fast shipping by Thomann!

Great clarity and low self noise for an outstanding price
Ballardini 11.04.2019
What a brilliant microphone - used it with the stereoset SC 140 for a recording of a string quartet. We were all very pleased with the audio quality.

We did a couple of tracks with the stereoset and a Behringer C3 first but when this arrived half way through the day, I swapped them over. Listening back, the reduction in self noise was really quite noticeable.

The cellist, who earlier in his career recorded well over 100 commercial releases was very impressed with the audio quality from such affordable equipment.

A genuine microphone for heavy vocals
Gustav P 14.02.2015
I use this mic through a Scarlett 2i4 interface and it works perfectly!
This was my first real setup for vocals, and it does that perfectly. The sound really is "larger than life" with sweet, creamy harmonics.
The quality of the housing feels really good, with a solid nice weight to it. The suspension also seems to be able to take quite a beating.
The side switches for the pattern and bass cut are dead solid, but placed a bit out of reach. This usually isn't a problem though since these features aren't really switched on the fly.

This also comes with a (fake?) leather pouch which actually seems really handy. Store the mic in the pouch, or use it for transportation, I bet it'll come in handy.

Really good price to quality ration
LeonardoDaVinici 17.11.2020
For a budget mic I don't believe it can be rivaled. It's universal and the sound quality when paired with the U-Phoria UMC202Hd is really crisp. Overall unrivaled first impressions. We will see how it performs over a longer span of time but I've got good feelings.

Koscko 03.07.2018
70 Euros will get you the most versatile tool you would ever dream
Very good mid section
A bit on the boomy side around 100 hz
And a bit bright up the stairs (16k-20k) I actually like this brightness as it helps when u are using any pitch tuning programme
I highly reccomnend
It sounds preety neutral not warm nor cold
Update:It is actually comparable to way more expensive mics

As with all thomann brand stuff, great for the price
Ray Mincer 01.02.2021
Low noise, very sturdy, comes in a leather-ish case, pretty good weight and looks good. Sounds great too, albeit a little brittle in the high mids if you push it with a eq.

It has a plastic switch to engage a low shelf and another to toggle between Omni or cardioid modes, although I read somewhere that this is really a supercardioid mic

Great on overheads for drums or as a room mic

Excellent sound and build quality
Geoff Turner 13.09.2015
Can't fault this. Compared to other more expensive mics, this is virtually flawless at producing excellent results every time.

Have used this for Acoustic guitar using the figure of eight pickup pattern and produced some excellent tones.

Same with miking up guitar cabs, when used on single speaker cabs and amps, I used this on the cardioid pattern and was sensational. When using on a cab with more than 1 speaker, I selected the figure of eight and placed between 2 speakers, which gave some surprising results.

Would be interested in getting a matching pair to test as overheads on drums, as the frequency range is excellent for this.

All in all, this again is excellent value for money and would highly recommend.
