Like all Tama hardware they ooze quality both in design and finish. I have three, mounting 8,10,12" Bubinga toms on a rack and there is no discernible movement when the drums are hit hard. Positioning my drums is so easy as the Omniball/L-rod combination allows you to position to the millimetre and then lock, knowing that each time you mount a tom it will be in the same place and will not move.
