Best cables on the market!
Sommer cables are well known, especially in the metal community and pro-music scene.
They are known to be tough and can take a beaten.
I have multiple cables of theirs and they still hold up, I never had to actually exchange one, except it was cut by accident or something similar, but nothing else.
You get what you pay for with this cable!

Thin but mean!
First of all it's Sommer, so however thin the cable might be, there is no sound difference to a bigger diameter cable.
Great flexibility, not too stiff, not too flexible, nice durability considering its size.
I use it in the studio for line level signal and for connecting spring reverb tanks to guitar amps.
It's not really made for live use (ex. keys) but if you don't throw a 15" monitor on top of it or you don't trip over it and bring down half the stage, I think you can easily gig with it for a long, long time.

Very good line cable.
It's long time I was tempted to test the Onyx in my home system.
Well, its performance is fine, it's a well-shielded cable and its reliability is of superior class, but after tested it I decided to move to the Spirit LLX. Sound is nice, but 120 pF/m are something that my high impedance inputs of tube preamplifiers and finals cannot manage without impact on the sound I look for.
Disregarding on my peculiar needs, any other use at lower impedance is highly recommended!
Enjoy listening!

Good cable for stereo patch cabling
The cable has the usual high quality you expect from Sommer Cable.
It is quite suitable and fine for stereo patch cables, or you can split it into two mono cables. The only downside for me is that the cable's diameter is actually less than it's specs, and it was a loose fit in the plugs I already had for the cable, and so I had to use a lot of heat shrink tubing for padding it.

Clean signal
I've been using the same cable connection my Soundcard to my Mackie big knob, and I've always had some little "squishes" noisy sounds when I pushed the volume a little further. I've decided to get this cable, soldering it to Neutrik connectors. The difference was felt right away. No more odd sounds! After all this time it felt that this cable ensured me a clean connection.

Cable is not intended for lot of usage.
I use cable in live gigs, for half i year. I perform every week for 2 or 3 days. After 3 months one of the cable stop working and other also start to fail.
