Superb product
Dust DJ 01.02.2021
All classic Roland synths in one. ZENCORE expantions, great integration with DAW, seamless multitrack recording for audio & midi. Great vocoder.
Pros.
Small footprint.
Cons.
Roland Zenology pro is expensive, but you can edit sounds in menus in synth itself.
Conclusion
As a user with background in MC Sequencers, Juno,TR 707,808,909, S 770, E-series and D-series synths, Jupiter-XM is like it's prescesors with modern approach.

The rebirth of Roland
MS 16.05.2023
It's hard to find a better synthesizer from Roland than the Jupiter XM.
Roland put all its soul and passion into this instrument.
Its development was personally guided by the President of the company and you can feel it.
There are several reasons why this synthesizer is one of the best Roland synthesizers ever made:

1. It has a great sound. It sounds clean, clear, rich, and deep. It has a good low end and an open top of the spectrum.

2. It has a great emulation of old analog synths. If you close your eyes, it's easy to mistake whether you're playing analog or digital. But don't forget to turn on the synth “warm-up mode” in the menu and set the virtual age of the instrument to about 50 years.

3. it is excellent made.
Metal body, fantastic encoders, quality keyboard, illuminated buttons. You won't find a synthesizer that is better made.

4. It has an incredible I-Arp.
This arpeggiator adjusts to your playing as if it were playing with you in a live jam session. You change your playing and it immediately changes the accompaniment, adjusting to you.

5. It is very handy and small. And it's comfortable enough to play on its keyboard. You can take it with you wherever you go, because it runs on batteries.

6. It has thousands of sounds from the famous Roland XV-5080. Everything Roland has done over the past decades is now at your fingertips.

7. You can create a finished 5-track song in minutes and it's easier than any workstation.

8. You don't need to depend on Roland Cloud and your computer for thousands of great sounds.
You can have only one this synthesizer and don't depend on anyone, even if the global internet goes down tomorrow.
And at the next 20 years, you'll have thousands of great professional sounds at your fingertips for every style of music.

After years of producing mediocre synthesizers, Roland has finally released a real instrument with a real sound. This gives hope for Roland's rebirth.

Buy this Jupiter before Roland discontinues them!
This synthesizer will be a legend in 30 years!

A great portable synth.
Arokas 04.05.2023
A great portable synth. I'm interested in ambient music, and Roland Cloud offers awesome sounds for that. The cool thing is that the Zenology softsynth allows you to design extremely complex sounds on the computer and then play them on the Jupiter Xm synthesizer. And also vice versa. Great! It is also cool to be able to send sounds from the Cloud to the synthesizer using the phone and the WC-1 Wireless Adapter.
The small instrument is very convenient to use with larger midi keyboards. Each of the four synths on the Jupiter Xm can be played using a different midi channel.
