Ich habe den QuadMic 2 zwar erst seit einigen Tagen, muss jedoch jetzt schon sagen, dass sich die Investition des 2'ers gelohnt. hat. Klanglich ist er wie sein Vorgänger, also nichts unbedingt Neues. Neu allerdings ist die unglaublich flexible Stromversorgung. Man kann Netzteile von 9 - 18V anschließen oder den Preamp über einen Bleiakku betreiben. Der Preamp bleibt bis kurz vor dem Zusammenbuch des Akkus (7 Volt) voll funktionsfähig. Gut ist auch das mitgelieferte kleine, leichte Schaltnetzteil. Weltweit einsetztbar durch 100 - 240 V Akzeptanz. Mit seiner Leitung von 24 Watt kann man mit einem Split-Adapter ganze 4 QuadMics versorgen.
