Remo 14" Diplomat Coated

These heads a good budget choice for concert snare drums. They are very responsive for tuning and muffling so with a good snare drum you can really create a great variety of sound. They wear out pretty quickly however, so what I do is, I rotate the head on the drum by 90 degrees after like a month and isn’t possible to rotate even once more with 45 degrees. I wouldn’t do the 4th position because the head is pretty loosened oud at that pont so it’s not really a good sound by then even for practicing.
But for this price it’s really good that you can use for like 3 months while practicing on it every day.
