they do the opposite of what they supposed to do
They don't work and they actually reduce the power and tone of your guitar. I did extensive tests, some of which you can find on the GCH Guitar Academy YouTube channel. They lift the anchor point of the strings so they reduce the brake point on the saddle and therefore the amount of pressure the strings put on the saddle. By reducing the pressure the strings put on the saddles you reduce the transmission of sound into the guitar body. I did before and after tests and can confirm THEY DON'T WORK.

Excellent Upgrade
Have them on my 2 Hummingbirds and just got them for my Jazzmaster Acoustasonic. Such simple mid gig string changes, and stops string tails falling into the delicate electrics of the acoustasonic (a bad design fault on Fenders behalf in my opinion)

A must for acoustasonic
Installed on my paisley pink acoustasonic. These are absolutely essential on these guitars to prevent the ballend from falling into the electronics cavity if a string breaks. Installing was a very straightforward process, I didn't need to use the supplied bar as the acoustasonic has a brass grounding plate under the bridge already. One pin was tricky to place but this was due to my bridge hole being countersunk too deep on one side, I remidied this myself without much difficulty and it does not effect the pins performance. I personally have noticed more resonance and sustain from the guitar. I would recommend these for all acoustasonic or gigging guitars for ease of string changing but I don't think I would put them on my high end acoustics that I use for recording. I'm personally ordering another two sets for my other gigging acoustics.

Easily fitted to my instrument in about 20 mins. My only problem was that I have big hands which somewhat impedes getting one inside the guitar body via the sound hole. Very pleased with the result. Will make fitting new strings a doddle, seems easier to play, i.e.action lowered minutely which I put down to the fact that the strings are now now in a straight line rather than being pulled down through the body, but I can't say with any conviction that it sounds and different. All in all, I'm pleased with the quality and end result.

Great option for acoustics
Good product, however, it was hard to install in a shallow body Fender Telecoustic, but it is worth the time. Now string change is a breeze :)

Every Acoustic Guitar with bridge pins should have these fitted.
Every acoustic guitar with bridge pins should have a set of power pins fitted. They're easy to fit with no alterations to your guitar. Changing strings is so much easier & the sustain is improved.
Highly recommended.

No more trouble!
The holes for the pins in my old Godin Acousticaster's bridge were used and the pins were quite loose when inserted in it. With the power pins, no more trouble...fixed permanently, I don't have to bother anymore!
