Unfortunately this product was delivered almost a month late due to stock issues. Am I bothered? Not, because Thomann was upfront with the situation, had frequent communication with me on the status and offered to deliver the rest of the order in advance. I consider this quality customer service.
Just a recommendation/ request, when you do an order over a certain amount, it would be nice to receive some goodies in the box, like guitar picks, a sticker, a couple drumsticks, whatever, something testimonial, it would be a nice touch.
