Diameter too small, strain relief questionable.
This plug is affordable, it does seem sturdy, too.
However the plug's diameter is slightly too small, which makes it sit bad in some headphone outs.
The strain relief is more of a pseudo relief, it is a simple hard plastic tube, that sits within the plug's body, covering your solder joints. Will not do anything of value, when somebody really pulls the plug with the cable. So using additional shrink wrap here is recommended. This plug maybe co-branded "Neutrik", however doesn't compare.
At the relatively cheap price tag it is still more sturdy, than the penny items coming from cheap labor places.

A fairly good 3.5mm Jack
They're fairly well made, and somewhat robust, they've not as robust as the old style Neutrik ones with the larger bodies, but they tended to put a lot of weight on the socket, so these may well be the best option overall.
Not had any fail yet, but they do start to feel 'well used' quite quickly. Overall they're fine, but I suspect I'll be replacing them every couple of years.
All of that being said, I'm not aware of any better options on the market (at least, not without going for some of the oversized plug options)

Solid performer
Great balance of price and performance. I've never had a problem with these Rean mini-jacks and they're easy enough to solder. Avoid cheaper plastic mini-jacks as they inevitably fall apart.

Quality jack, not trivial to install
The other jacks i used usually were way easier to install. Don't be mistaken, this is a great jack (it's Neutrik after all!), but it needs additional manipulations (bending the ground) before the inner part will fit into the outer one. Once installed, however, it's rock solid.

Neutrik mini-jack plug
It's great material, works fine, no noise with this plug.
However it's not very easy to install. The area to weld the cable on the plug is small.
I still recommend this plug!
