This met the requirement for a low priced goose-neck microphone with double articulated stem and reasonably good sound quality (for use on a church lectern).

It's not perfect; the sound is a little thin in the bass and there seemed to be a mid-range peak around 1 kHz that needs about -3dB cut. But once equalised it stood up well against other vocal capacitor mics and is fine for speech. The off axis response is very good, useful if the speaker is moving around.

The gooseneck is rather long, the manual mentions other models with shorter necks, but this seems to be the only version that Thoman sell.

In generale un prodotto accettabile per fabbricazione, purtroppo la capsula delude molto per caratteristica direttiva, è troppo sensibile e troppo aperta, assomiglia ad un omnidirezionale, inoltre in caso di vicinanza alla capsula, tipico degli utilizzatori inesperti, va facilmente in distorsione.
