Meinl MDR-OR Oriental Drum Rug

The first thing to say is the look. It looks like a gorgeous piece of furniture. Design of the rug is fabulous. It really brings more life in my room.
But design is nothing without a practical use and this guy does a great job from this aspect. The material makes it really stable so none of my drums/hardware slides. And what is really important for me is the size of it. My whole drum set including the chair fits perfectly and even leaves some more space.
With no doubts, for me it's a perfect choice.

I love this drum rug, not only does it look great, but it does the job of staying where it should brilliantly. I also think it dampens my bass drum a little, but I could be wrong.

Easy to use, nothing slides easy to leave cables under what more do you want.

I have been using this for a while now. It really looks good along with my drums
and stay on the floor in a proper way. It makes your drums shine!

Just usual thin rug with oriental motive. Pros of the item are lightweight and rubber bas? - extremely convenient for traveling with it . Cons are average print quality and the fact that it is not true oriental rug, everybody used to see over the places.

Had this for about a year now and love it for gigging, the rubber bottom really makes a differance when you are set up on wooden floors! no more pulling the bass drum back to me mid song :) The rug also looks great and really makes the drums and area of the stage look good and professional.
