Fits big thumbs, but this is not what XL means :D
tann200 18.06.2021
I have quite big hands, hence I ordered this thumbpick thinking, that the XL might fit my hand. Turns out it does, but its really thick aswell
Trying to play with it requires some mastery, similar to using a really thick pick.
Quite easy to use and there is no fear of breaking it.

Pros:
Fits big thumbs.
Makes the guitar really loud if you need it.

Cons:
Really thick, might not be as sensitive as expected.

I am a beginner in playing guitar, but for some reason I really like this thick thumbpick.

Nice feel but...

...but they don't seem like XL size to me...

This was a bit disappointing at first, I expected them to be a bit...larger...but on the upside I do like the steady, heavy sound they produce.

I guess I can recommend them, if nothing else for the sake of variety!

Not really XL size
apo-stolos 01.10.2018
Good quality of hard plastic.
However, it fits only on my index finger instead of my thumb. This is not a wide XL size. Nice for medium to large fingers I think.
For really XL size look on Geipel Thumb Pick Bronze 8.

Big and does the job

I have real trouble finding thumb-picks to fit my great big hands but this worked fine after running under hot water and bending the top out a bit.

Nice heavy sound, no clatter. Very stiff.

Big and thick

If you want a fat sound you can't be wrong by choosing that one. It's really heavy, though.

Too thick
FrenchGuitaristReviews 30.12.2020
Too thick for my taste. Way thicker than Dunlop L thumbpicks. Thickness should probably be indicated in the product description.

Thumbs up for this
Pete-plays-guitar 05.07.2017
Being a owner of a big thumb, which I have had in my possession pretty much the whole of my life, it is good to find a pick for the more 'portly' thumbs out there.

Nice firm heavy duty pick.

Highly recommended!
