I use this stand to fly lightweight china ball and led panel lights above tv interviews. It’s a very heavy duty, sturdy piece of kit. Just be mindful of the dimensions when stowed as this is a very long stand even when packed away. Also due to the materials involved can be heavy to put up. But overall very happy with it as it does the job I wanted it for
