Does what it's supposed to do
Esp_ 04.02.2021
This is my first audio interface, and it works.
Although, it has some problems:
1.If you want to use direct monitoring, you have to deactivate all of the other sound devices. Which is a bit annoying.

2. When you insert a dynamic microphone and turn the gain on, the gain increases steadily. But when you reach gain-level 9 the sound suddenly goes from quiet to really loud. I am not sure if this would be the same with a condenser microphone.

Now, you get what you pay for. The housing is made out of plastic, so be careful not to drop this. The interface has the basic features you need to get started with your home studio.

Conclusion: It's okay.

K
Works without drivers, drivers dont work for me.
Ken49 25.07.2024
I bought this product to use with my newly bought microphone, but when I installed the drivers (WIN11 23H2, v1.0.3) the audio interface does not work. There's no input being inputted and when you connect with a headset into the output only thing you hear is just a long semi-high pitch beep.

Without drivers the product works, just need to use different ASIO's (with delays, which is annoying)

I've contacted support for a solution, which is being 'investigated by the technical team' so that'll be a long wait until something is found.

I have no idea about other OS's having this issue (might be a me-issue too), never found a solution to my problem online. So be cautious if you buy.

B
Quality interface
Bostian 24.12.2021
Perfect price-to-performance interface. I am using it with Stingray's 5 active electronics, nice dynamics and clear tones on output, no cracking, just need to be gentle with output knob; should be very precise becuse of active bass output. Using it with Presonus Artist in line-out and all recordings going great, easily to set it up in operating system too.

q
Was hoping for better
qookrs 08.01.2023
Looking at the reviews, I had hopes for this to be an inexpensive interface that my partner could use for streaming purposes. After a few months of use, we've decided to replace it for a few reasons:

- Noise: The Mic input on this is very noisy. It also struggles with powering the e845, it would result in cranking the gain all the way to max just to be able to hear

- quality: while I get it is a budget interface, the quality of it is less than what I was expecting. It feels cheaper than what I would have expected, even at this price range
