Lovely Strings
I ordered these for my Harley Benton GuitarBass. They were actually about 2.5 inches too long being intended for a Bass VI with a tremolo bridge arrangement. However it was possible to make them work by reverse threading the two lowest strings through the tailpiece but even so a little of the thick winding of the low E string went round its tuning peg shaft. The sound is really excellent if you play jazz but I think they would work for other styles also. The .095" low E is vastly better than the .084" that my instrument came with.
I have subsequently managed to obtain some Labella HC6F flatwound strings for the Shecter Hellcat VI. These are identical to the 767-6Fs but are the perfect length for the Harley Benton Guitarbass. So I will use these from now on and keep the 767-6Fs in case of a breakage emergency.

Perfect for Bass VI
I mounted these on my Squier bass VI.
String tension is appropriate and well balanced between all strings. As usual with La Bella, no complaints about sound and manufacturing quality

Great sounding strings!
I got these to replace the almost unbelievably poor stock strings on a Squier Bass VI. These LaBellas made the bass a million times better! Great sounding strings and a perfect fit. Very easy to install on those tiny guitar style tuners. Like all LaBella flats they need a couple of hours to mellow out but after that they are pure butter.
Highly recommended for an old school Bass VI sound!

To go to strings for a Bass VI
Used them to transform my baritone into a Bass VI and absolutely love those strings. Nice tone and very easy to play with given it are flatwounds and lower tension strings.

Sorted out the sloppy string feel on my squire bass six and as long as you like the old school sounds they sound and feel amazing

The best upgrade for a Squier Classic Vibe Bass VI
I recently opted for this outstanding set of bass guitar strings as an upgrade for my Squier Classic Vibe Bass VI, and I couldn't be happier with the results. These strings are noticeably heavier compared to the stock roundwound strings, providing a significant improvement in tension, particularly for the low E string. The tonal quality they produce is simply remarkable, delivering an exceptional old-school flatwound tone.

Great, if you’re looking for vintage tone!
LaBella flats lasts forever. If you’re into that vintage, boomy tone and less treble and sustain, these are probably the only strings you’ll ever have to buy for your VI bass!
The unwound strings are quite stiff while putting them on, but that’s just the way it is!
