Perfect for neat cabling
I'm using these on K&M stands in a studio environment. Perfect for keeping cables neat and tidily fixed to the stand.
For live use (constant setting up and tearing down), not so useful and a bit fiddly to use, so I wouldn't bother.
Seems sturdy enough, though I did manage to break one when removing it from the stand. However, I still rate the quality as being good as I put the breakage down to me being careless.
Would happily buy these again as and when needed.

Simple and does the job
Holds the cable firmly in place. Plastic is firm and haven't had any break on me. Easily enough room in the bend for my quad-core mic cables.
Can be positioned to relieve stress on cable ends, lengthening the life of your cables.

solid
All of my clips that came with another mic stand (not k&m) broke on me. These look much better in that regard. So far, none have broken.

20mm Plastic Cable Holder
After buying some K&M stands which come with these I decided that they were a good idea so ended up buying more for my older none K&M stands.
Usually I twist my cables round the stands. This is not really a good idea. It reduces the usable length of the cable and also makes making any changes more time consuming as you have to move stands to unwrap the cable. These little clips make cable management neat and efficient.
Each stand requires two. One 15mm for the boom and one 20mm for the lower stem.
They are hard plastic and shouldn't break easily. Cheap enough to buy a load in case you lose them.
Recommended.

Also on camera stands
Of course, they are so useful on mic stands, especially if you have an awkward position to work with, but they are great on camera/phone stands to clamp down charger cables and external HD or battery cables.
Built out of really solid yet flexible enough material.

Useful - well priced
Rendered my microphone stand a lot neater and less messy - since the cable can be routed neatly along the stand.
So for not much money I no longer have the 'trip hazard' of loose trailing cables - which in the past have caused falling stands, damaged my microphones and people too...
