Essential to retain a tidy and safe stage
Thomann sell these simple K&M cable clips far cheaper than any other supplier I have found. Simply, they are essential to retain a tidy and safe environment for artists, whether on stage or in the studio. They also ensure cables look neat on camera.
Made of rugged plastic, they are virtually unbreakable. However, they can be easily lost, particularly during a de-rig at the end of the night, or if left on mic stands during the derig, or during transit. I keep a supply of these in a bum bag. One of the last things I do at the end of a rig, once all lines are checked, is to walk round the stage, securing all mic cables with two or three of these.
At the end of a gig or recording session, one of the first things I do is to similarly walk round removing them all, and replacing them into a bum bag I'm wearing, ready for the next time. By storing them in a wearable bag, rather than keeping them stored on a mic stand, you will reduce the number lost in transit.

Make a habit of using these!
This smaller size fits on the inner part of a mic stand extension or on the boom. Everyone should have plenty of these for stage use, this is the way to make your cables neat and safe so they won't get snagged, and they will look better with these clips than wrapped around the stand. It's easy to lose or forget them, but look at this price, just get them, and make it many!

Cheap and effective
Not mush to say - it's a clip for keeping trailing mic cables neatly arranged on mic stands. Does the job perfectly.
They are made out of hard plastic, so make sure you buy the right size as there is not a lot of flex in them, and therefore it is possible to break the clip if trying to fix it on a larger diameter pole than it is designed for. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Good quality, nice to find spares sold separately!
These things always mysteriously disappear so it's great find spares sold separately. Great quality as always from K&M and the price is ok.
Very much recommended! It's always great to have one or two extra of these around the studio.

It'll last....
...if you don't lose it or if someone does not steal them from you, as it happens. To be honest, it's easy to misplace them if you use them to fasten the cables because they tend to fly off if you pull the cable in the end of the night. Try to handle them gently and they will serve you well.

Well, I know that it is a tiny holder to review but it is really strong and the good thing about it that it stays where you put it. It does't slip at all. Actually removing it is difficult so make sure you install it in the right place. It keeps the cable in place. It is really small thing but you will defiantly will need it with cables.
