Noisy and instable
When using a lighter mic (sm57) the springs tend to be too strong. This can be partially solved by tightening the clamps in the joints.
When using a heavier mic (sm7b) the springs are not strong enough, it's almost impossible to retain a 90 degree angle (it usually falls back to 75).
The spring are also very noisy which can affect your recordings.
The mic connector is too close to the joint for use with a SM7B which causes stress on the cable/connector. you can solve this with an extender like the Shure A26X.
Unfortunately I noticed most of the issues after spending quite some time with it, would have returned it otherwise. I'm probably going to replace it with the Rode PSA-1.

Great product, very flexible and very easy to configure.
A recommendation if you need a mic arm.

Does the job.
Overall, it is a solid arm.
It is a bit noisy but besides that I do not have too many complaints although I do think that the price is not adequate to what you are receiving.

Good, but could be better
As the title states: overall construction is quite solid, but sometimes the screw do not consistently hold position. It's not THAT bad, just a minor inconvenience.
